Happy Hump Day!
Things have been a little chaotic around here lately, so my apologies for being a bit under the radar this last week. More on that in a bit.
Today, I’m ecstatic to be appearing on the Food Floozie! If you’re not already a reader of the Food Floozie’s – aka Mary Bilyeu’s creative genius, which also appears jointly on AnnArbor.com (as in Michigan Wolverines), you’re just plain missing out. Let my post serve as your introduction.
Check it out here, and I’ll see you back on LOAF tomorrow.
Have a great day, all, and start dreaming of…pretzels.

Mmm this sounds lovely! Yum!
Thanks for checking it out, Katrina. I’d eat the bulgur mixture without the porto, even.
Have a great weekend!
this sounds amazing and looks beautiful!!
Sarah! It’s really good and if you don’t like mushrooms, you could use the bulgur as a base and maybe go mediterranean with it as a side dish and get creative with a few other add-ins. Have a great weekend!
I don’t eat mushrooms but my family does. I will make this for them.
Hi, Debra, thanks for stopping by. You’d like it without the porto underneath, I almost guarantee it. Let me know!
